  • Supports the recording, editing, and distribution of learning content through multiple channels.

• AI & Technology Initiatives

  • Helps implement and manage AI-powered chatbot solutions and digital support tools.
  • Collaborates with teams to upload, organize, and optimize product and service information for member access.

• Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Works closely with leadership, trainers, and subject matter experts to create and review content.
  • Supports organizational projects that improve communication, learning, and member engagement.
